Your artwork will be produced after receipt of your payment. Production takes 1-4 working days. Your order will then be sent as quickly as possible to the address you have provided. The package should arrive within 7-14 working days. We ship to the following countries:

Delivery damage

Despite extensive and secure packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100% ruled out. If there is visible damage to the packaging on delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person if possible.


If you notice any damage in this case, please take a photo of the damage with your cell phone and refuse to accept the delivery.


Of course, it can also happen that damage is not visible from the outside, for example due to strong shocks, and can only be detected after receipt and when unpacking the shipment. Please take two clear photos of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately with the pictures of the damage. We will then contact you.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund of the product price as part of our 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact our customer service and we will contact you with the further procedure. The customer bears the return costs.
